電纜槽模具采用優質工程abs塑料制作而成，這種材質成型準確，表面光滑，耐磨損，材質特性穩定，電纜槽塑料模具具有韌性強，不易變形，密度高，破損率低等特點，使用后可回收，少量特殊尺寸電纜槽模具可采用3mm鋼板鈑金成型。

The moulds have the characteristics of accurate moulding, smooth surface, wear resistance, stable material properties, strong toughness, non-deformation, high density and low damage rate. They can be recovered after use. A small number of special size cable groove moulds can be formed with 3mm steel sheet metal.

It is mainly used in the production of high-speed railway and highway cable channel (U-shaped brick). This kind of mould does not need machine pressing, only needs cement mortar material and a set of vibration platform. The cable groove mould can be produced in batches. Suitable for field production.
